Anneliese Tonn-Pollex

Managing Partner of present Beratung und Training - biologist, educator; consultant, trainer and coach. Anneliese Tonn-Pollex has worked in various companies in field sales, as a product manager and as a research assistant in internal training (HR). Based on this experience, she is involved in numerous organisational and personnel development projects as a consultant, coach and trainer.

Managing Partner of present Beratung und Training – graduate economist, consulting expert, and trainer. Klaus-Peter Wagenführ has years of experience in marketing and sales, both domestically and internationally. For over 25 years, he has contributed his expertise to numerous national and international projects. His work focuses on developing and implementing corporate strategies on a global scale.

In recent years, he has managed numerous projects in Germany and abroad for companies such as Audi, BASF, Bose, Hapag-Lloyd, KLM, Maquet, Olympus and Toyota Material Handling. He specialises in supporting change processes using the Prosci method as well as corporate management, marketing and sales.

He also shares his knowledge in various teaching assignments.

Andrea Braun

Graduate educationalist, systemic consultant, coach and supervisor - Andrea Braun works as an independent organisational consultant, trainer and coach for various commercial enterprises and non-profit organisations. Her many years of experience as a personnel and organisational developer have given her a wealth of experience in leadership development and change management.

Karen Ezard

Trainer, consultant and coach (native English speaker) - Karen Ezard has been working worldwide for national and multinational companies for over 20 years. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, intercultural co-operation and train-the-trainer and presentation seminars. Her aim is to work with her clients on their strengths, develop them and utilise them successfully.

Trainer, consultant and coach (native English speaker) - Barry Evans has worked worldwide for over 25 years for national and multinational companies such as British Telecom and BASF. For several years he was managing partner of the management consultancy Brier Consulting Ltd.
