present and specifically Mrs Tonn-Pollex provide us with custom-made coachings for the managerial staff of our service departments. Every training has been unique and catered exactly to the level of the respective group. Participants in the past have described the trainings as practice-related and easy to follow. Vast amounts of experience and frequent use of real-life examples have been a particular strength.
Sessions have been thoroughly methodical, yet interlaced with group activities and playful elements. This has made it easier to absorb the fundamentals. Each and everyone of our employees who has attended a training has been able to take something away from it and found various situations in which to apply their insights on the job. In this way, we’ve been able to improve our communicative skills both within our teams but also in interacting with our clients.
We co-operate with ‘present Beratung und Training’ in operating our staff workshops with the goal of implementing our guiding

Thanks to commitment and know how, these workshops in which employees from different divisions participate, are run in a creative manner always focusing on the practical aspects.
Lively and exciting workshops are guaranteed: real life examples illustrate theoretical models and a vast array of methods will be employed (e.g. videos, games, etc.).

Anneliese Tonn-Pollex is conducting the seminars, workshops and coaching with employees and managers alike. The goal-orientated approach and permanent focus on potential solutions as well as an empathetic handling of situations are key to the high degree of success.
